What is ReConnect?

ReConnect is a children’s contact service designed to support children in building or re-establishing relationships with a parent or family member after separation.

We provide supervised or supported visits in a child-focused, therapeutic environment. Our aim is to help children feel safe, respected, and emotionally supported during family transitions.

Who Is This For?

We work with:

• Parents or carers navigating separation or contact disputes

• Families with Court Orders or parenting plans requiring supervised contact

• Professionals supporting children in complex family arrangements

How We Support Your Family

ReConnect offers:

• Supervised or supported contact visits at our child-safe facility

• A therapeutic framework to help children settle into their new family structure

• Support and guidance for parents on co-parenting dynamics

• Confidential intake appointments with each parent

All services are guided by the principles of child safety, emotional wellbeing, and respectful communication.

What You’ll Need

Before we can begin, you’ll need to have:

• A copy of your Court Orders or Parenting Plan

• Contact details for both parents or carers

• Information about any ADVOs or safety concerns

• Availability for intake appointments and visits

Each parent is required to attend a separate intake session before visits can be scheduled.

Fees

• Intake Appointment: $150 per parent (payable before your appointment)

• Visit fees: $150 per hour

• All fees will be discussed with you in advance, and payment details provided during intake planning.
